Very nice Aaron. Let's try to move the girl a bit to the left and extend the right arm of alien on the right, that way you'll have more focus on the communication aspect between girl and aliens. Use the left hand of alien on the left, flip it and use it for the alien extending his arm. Have a different hand pose for alien on the left so that the hand that communicates is unique. Revisit the curve of the extension of the floor/deck going in the back of alien on the left and the perspective of the golden ornaments underneath. Also, make the reflection on top of girl's helmet a bit more yellow/orange.
