I would push it even more and try to lit your character the same as the whale. You added some rim light to your character (on right side) where we need reflections on surfaces that are facing the viewer more. Boat is still hard to read, get ride of the sail that is hiding the base of the mast (a very easily recognizable part). Make a quick version of your image without the pointy ''hook'' wave on the left near the frame.
